A Gift Guide that Gives Back

Every year we spend so much of our time searching for the perfect holiday gifts for those we love. We get stuck in traffic on our way to the malls. We wait in long lines to check out at stores. We scour the internet for the best cyber Monday deals. Sometimes we even wake up way too early for Black Friday deals and wait in lines in the cold.

Why do we do it?

I think we make those sacrifices because at core we just want to see our loved ones filled with joy when they open up their gifts. It might be cliche, but it does make me feel a lot better to give than it does to receive. I think that’s why so many of us have more fond memories of our whole family opening gifts together under a tree than we do of opening our own gifts at a birthday party.

This holiday season you can double that feeling when you shop from websites and brands that give back a percentage of profits to the charities you love.

Right now Gift Avenger is giving back 90% of all profits to the Make A Wish Foundation. Their goal is to fund at least one critically ill child’s wish this Christmas.

If you aren’t familiar with Gift Avenger they have hundreds of curated gift lists based on moms, dads, brothers, sisters, kids, and all kinds of hobbies and interests - making it even easier to find the perfect gift for everyone on your list.

I’ve decided to partner with Gift avenger this holiday season and share their gift list for coffee lovers on my blog. Check it out here: https://giftavenger.com/gifts-for-coffee-lovers-under-20/ The list is filled with both fun and practical gifts for your favorite coffee lovers for under $20. A lot of these make great gifts for that coworker you chat with over coffee or that neighbor that waves to you from their porch while they are sipping their morning coffee. The list is filled with small gifts that just show how much you appreciate the moments you share with them over a cup of coffee. If this list doesn’t work for anyone on your list just make sure to check out one of their hundreds of others.

If you purchase one of the recommendations through Gift Avenger on sites like Amazon and others they'll donate 90% of the revenue they receive to Make A Wish. Since you know you are already going to be spending money on gifts right now, you might as well give back to a great cause while you’re at it. I hope that some of you can join me and support the Make A Wish Foundation while you shop for your loved ones this year. Knowing that I can help make the wish of a terminally ill child and their family simple by shopping through Gift Avenger makes me feel a lot better about my holiday spending.

So let’s band together with Gift Avenger to make some wishes come true this holiday season!
