Day 3 - New Year, New You 30 Day Challenge

Today marks day three of the New Year, New You 30 Day Challenge.


If you noticed that I didn't post the activity yesterday, it's because I started to feel stressed by the idea of catching a social media-worthy photo of myself making a warrior scream.


I did do the challenge, but it wasn't documented on my social channels. It's okay to do these exercises without posting them on social media. We're all constantly growing and evolving and at different stages of the journey.


So my advice is to post the challenges that you feel happy sharing and just make sure to do the ones you don't feel comfortable doing on-camera, off-camera.

Share a video of yourself doing power moves to “I’m a Survivor” by Destiny’s Child or to any other powerful upbeat song. See what people say about how you’re surviving.
